Because our products are makeup and personal beauty items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or delivered. This helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for every customer.
We know that can feel strict, but it means every single product you receive from us is brand new and completely untouched — just for you.

If something isn't right, email us and we'll take care of you:
Include your order number and photos so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.
Exchanges 🔁
Exchanges are approved on a case by case basis, and only when the issue was caused by us — for example a wrong item sent, damage during delivery, or a manufacturing defect.
We are unable to approve exchanges when a customer changes their mind or selects the wrong item, so please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you're ever unsure, message us before you order — we love helping you choose!
Refunds 💳
Refunds are only available when the item is damaged beyond replacement, or when a wrong item cannot be replaced.
Approved refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.
In-Person Purchases 🏬
Purchases made while a Pink Team Member is present are final. Our team is there to help you swatch, compare and pick your perfect match before you buy, so exchanges are not offered for in-person assisted purchases.
