HOW TO USE

✨ Step 1, Suede Sugar
Sweep the lighter Suede Sugar Metallic Eye Shadow across the eyelid to create a luminous base.

🩶 Step 2, Steel Quartz
Blend Steel Quartz through the crease and along the lash line to create dimension and smoky depth.

For a more intense metallic finish, lightly dampen your eyeshadow brush before picking up the shadow.

🖤 Step 3, Gel Eyeliner
Apply the Perfectly Defined Gel Eyeliner as close to the upper lash line as possible, lining across the length of the eyelid. Keep the line thin for everyday makeup or build it up for a more dramatic smoky eye.
