We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help!
Returns & Exchanges
✨ 3-Day Return Policy: You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✨ Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✨ How to Start: Email us at mamacita.kenya@gmail.com to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to:
Riverside Square, Riverside Drive Apt.905 Block B (Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.)
⚠️ No surprise returns! Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
Oops! Let us fix it.
🔍 Inspect ASAP: Check your order upon delivery. If there’s damage or a mistake, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos (slide into our DMs @mamacita.in.pink). We’ll make it right!
Non-Returnable Items
Sorry, babe—these can’t be returned (hygiene first!):

❌ Lingerie & underwear
❌ Makeup & beauty products (sealed or used—no exceptions!)
❌ Sale items & gift cards

Changed your mind? Swap it!
🔄 Store Credit: Return your item, and once approved, you’ll get 48 hours to pick a replacement (no sale/promo items).
🚚 Delivery Fee: Applies for exchanges—our driver’s gotta eat too!

🌊 5-Day Cooling-Off Period: Shipped from Mombasa? You have 5 days to cancel/return (same conditions apply).
Refunds
💸 Approved? We’ll refund via your original payment method (M-Pesa, etc.) within 10 business days.
⏳ Bank delays happen! If it’s been 15+ days, email us.
Note: Refunds only apply for damaged/unreplaceable items (with photo proof within 24 hrs). Otherwise, exchanges or store credit only.
