HOW TO USE

Apply the matte lip color first onto clean, dry lips. Glide an even layer across your lips and allow it to set.

For a matte look, simply wear the base color alone.

For the full Raincoat glossy finish, allow the matte color to set before applying the clear glossy top coat over it.

For extra definition, outline your lips with your favorite lip liner before applying the matte base.

Reapply the glossy top coat whenever you want to refresh that juicy, high shine finish. 💕
